Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
An 8-week course
This course will teach you to relate to and work with whatever is happening in your life, to take charge of your life, and to do something for yourself that no one else can do for you - to consciously and systematically work with your own stress and pain, and the challenges and demands of everyday life.

About Mindfulness
Mindfulness has recently become a huge focus for research. Its application to living well and healthily seems to be limitless. Research shows that mindfulness helps where stress and illness interact (as with heart disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, inflammatory and immunological disorders) and is an underpinning to emotional intelligence and happiness.
